If you are an international student seeking opportunities and funding to study in the United States, please note that IIE does not offer individual scholarships to prospective students.

One resource you might find helpful is the Funding for US Study website. Here you will find a directory containing over 500 scholarships and grants for international students seeking to study in the United States. Listings include opportunities for all degree levels—undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate—and promote opportunities available through a range of institutions including colleges and universities, educational associations, foundations, and other organizations. The searchable database allows you to search by field of study, nationality or location in the United States.

Another option is to visit the EducationUSA Advising Center nearest you. This global network of more than 400 advising centers supported by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State advises prospective international students and other audiences on higher education and study opportunities in the United States.
